Mmmmmm meatloaf in my oven. Gluten-free meatloaf at that, for one of my dear friends who can’t do the gluten. But seriously, who knew it was so hard being gluten-intolerant?! I mean, no wheat, obviously. But then they put wheat or corn-based products in a TON of other foods too, for example catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Which is what I needed for the meaty loaf. So I had to go buy new organic versions. The majority of people are so lucky, when they can just grab things off the shelves at grocery stores and don’t have to stand there checking labels of 5 different organic, vegan/vegetarian applesauces. Geez.
It smells amazeballs though. MMMM COOKIN’.
And then I got gluten-free chocolate chip cookie mix too!! Yummers!
I’m always on the lookout for the PERFECT soy chai. It’s been my drink for years, since I don’t drink coffee at all. The thing is I’m really picky about it and always have to pay $4 for it, no matter where I go (*cough cough STARBUCKS*)…
Then I discovered the 3-pack of Oregon Chai concentrate at Costco yesterday. Bought some soy milk. Mix it up. Whammo, presto!! Sprinkle some pumpkin spice in…THE PERFECT DRINK!!!!
I’m never going to Starbucks again and I’m so excited!!!!!!
Did I mention the 3-pack was twelve bucks?!?!? I can make about 50,000 drinks with that much concentrate.
P.S. Got a new candle. And some fall things. Now I need to clean my entire apartment and get it sparkly clean and I will be golden baby!!
